The Challenge
Home care agencies speak to three groups at once. Families need care, caregivers need jobs, and investors want a franchise.
Mixing these messages can confuse everyone. Families, the main audience, are often stressed and short on time.
The agency needed one site that still felt simple.
The Solution
I gave each group its own clear path from the homepage. Three cards point to care services, caregiver jobs and medical supplies.
The homepage tells the family story first. Services, goals and a consultation form follow.
The franchise pitch lives on its own page with a separate enquiry form.
The Results
Families reach a consultation request in a few scrolls. The appointment button is always one tap away.
Caregivers and franchise leads no longer clutter the family journey. Each group lands on content written for them.
The site works well on phones, where most families start their search.
What I Built
This home care website serves Citizens Senior Living, a senior care agency in North Carolina. It helps families find in-home care for their parents. Here is what I built.
- Warm, trust-first homepage. The headline speaks to adult children: home care solutions for Mum and Dad.
- Three clear paths. Visitors can find care services, find a caregiving job, or browse medical supplies.
- Service cards. Companion care, respite care, in-home aides, nursing, therapy and more each have a card with a photo.
- Appointment requests. A “Make Appointment” button sits in the header on every screen.
- Careers section. Caregivers learn about open roles and how to apply.
- Franchise page. Future owners read about the model and send an enquiry through a form.
- Home care consultation form. Families request a consultation at the bottom of the homepage.
The result is a home care website that serves families, caregivers and future franchise owners in one place.
