This privacy policy explains how Hasibul Hasan Sakib (“I”, “me”) handles personal information on hasibulhasansakib.com and in Hasibul Social Poster, the private tool I use to publish content and answer messages on my own Facebook Page and Instagram account. Contact: [email protected].
1. Hasibul Social Poster (Facebook and Instagram)
Hasibul Social Poster is not a public service. It is used only by me to manage my own Facebook Page and my own Instagram professional account through the official Meta APIs. It does not access any other business’s accounts.
What it reads: when you send a direct message to my Instagram account or comment on my Facebook or Instagram posts, the tool reads that message or comment, your public name or username and your account ID, so that I can see it and reply to you.
Why: only to reply to your message or comment, to hide spam or abusive comments on my posts, and to publish my own posts. Every reply is written or reviewed and sent by me.
What it does not do: it does not sell, rent or share your data with anyone; it does not use your data for advertising or profiling; it does not send messages you did not start a conversation for; it does not collect data from people who have not interacted with my accounts.
Storage: messages and comments are kept in a local file on my own computer, not on a public server, and only as long as needed to handle the conversation. They are deleted after 90 days at the latest, or sooner on request. Access tokens issued by Meta are stored on the same computer and are never shared.
2. This website
If you contact me through the website or by email, I use your name, email and message only to answer you and to work on your project. The website uses standard analytics (Google Site Kit / Jetpack statistics) to count visits; this data is aggregated and not used to identify you. Cookies are used only for these functions and for basic site operation.
3. Your rights and data deletion
You can ask me at any time what data I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. See Data deletion instructions, or email [email protected]. I reply within 7 days and delete the data within 30 days.
4. YouTube API Services
My private publishing tool (Hasibul Social Poster) uses the YouTube API Services only to manage my own YouTube channel (@hasibulhasansakib): uploading my own videos, editing their titles, descriptions and tags, replying to comments on my videos and reading my own channel analytics. It does not access any other person’s YouTube account or data. By interacting with my channel you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Data used: my channel’s video list, analytics and public comments on my videos. It is stored only on my own computer, used only to manage my channel, never sold or shared, and deleted after 90 days. Access tokens are stored on the same computer and can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page. If you commented on my videos and want that data removed from my tool, email [email protected].
5. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
