The Challenge
Remote Support Hub offers many services to clients in many countries. That makes the offer easy to blur.
The client also saw Google showing no information for some pages. Yoast flagged readability problems on every page.
The business needed a site that explains each service clearly. It also needed to be found in search and AI answers.
The Solution
I built a thin custom theme and a data-driven plugin. Each service has its own page with the same clear structure.
I fixed the indexing problem. Data-only content types were still public and filled the sitemap with thin pages. I made them private and cleaned the sitemap.
Then I rewrote 30 pieces of content in short, active sentences. Finally, I added business, service and FAQ schema to every relevant page.
The Results
Yoast's SEO checks turned green after the content work. The sitemap now lists only real pages.
Every service page carries Service schema linked to the business. The contact page carries 19 FAQ answers in structured data.
Visitors can reach the team by WhatsApp or the contact form in one tap.
What I Built
This remote business support website presents Remote Support Hub, a team that helps businesses around the world. It explains eight services, pricing and how work gets done. Here is what I built.
- Thin theme, smart plugin. The theme only handles layout. A custom plugin owns content, sections, design tokens, header and footer.
- Eight service pages. Executive, sales, finance, marketing, operations, ecommerce, travel and real estate support.
- Bali pages. Separate pages cover on-the-ground business and property support in Bali.
- Design system in the admin. Colors, fonts and radius change from one settings screen.
- WhatsApp button and email. A floating WhatsApp button and SMTP email make contact easy.
- Schema for AI search. Business, service and FAQ schema feed Google and AI assistants.
The result is a remote business support website that explains a complex offer simply. It is built to rank and to convert.
